Frequently Asked Questions

What is the LureShield made of?

The LureShield is made from tough yet flexible pierce- resistant material, specifically designed to wrap securely around hooks and lures. It’s lightweight, durable, and built to last trip after trip.

How does it go on?

Rig your lure at home. Wrap the cover around the lure and hooks, on the rod, and close the strap.

Does it work with all types of lures and hooks?

Yes, from single hooks, hardbodies to jigs and even topwater baits. The LureShield is designed to wrap around a wide variety of lure shapes and sizes, so long as it is under 110 mm.

How fast can I take it on and off?

In seconds. It wraps tightly when you want it to and comes off just as easily when you’re ready to fish.

What if it doesn't fit?

Send it back. Every order has 90-Day Prepaid Returns.

What are the risks of transporting my rod without the LureShield?

Exposed hooks and lures can easily snag into car seats, carpet, clothing, or even your hands during transport. They also tangle with other rods and lines, costing you time untangling instead of fishing.

With the LureShield, sharp hooks are covered inside a pierce-resistant wrap and locked in place with a strap. It helps your rods to stay organised, your gear and car are better protected, and you can arrive at the water rigged and ready to cast.
